Here’s the problem:
It’s impossible to build that “toned body” without having correct training structure and program in place.
You don’t need to train every day, in fact I don’t advise that at all if you’re looking to make some serious progress and changes to your body composition.
Trying to “figure it out” and spend time googling “ the best workouts” is slow and totally useless spend of your time. You can have “the best training program in the world”, you still need to learn the ways to progress it, apply yourself and be consistent with your efforts over time whilst also backing all your hard work up with correct nutrition that fuels your body rather than starving it.
You need a TOP TO BOTTOM structure to achieve the body you’ve always wanted.
